About the role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR, Admin Intern to support our daily human resource, administrative, and purchasing operations. The intern will assist with recruitment, employee documentation, data entry, filing, office administration, supplier communication, quotation requests, and purchase order follow-ups. This role provides an opportunity to gain practical working experience, develop organizational and communication skills, and learn about HR, administration, and purchasing processes in a professional working environment.
Responsibilities
  • Arrange interviews and communicate with candidates.
  • Maintain and update employee records and personal files.
  • Assist in preparing documents, letters, and reports.
  • Support daily administrative tasks.
  • Handle filing, data entry, photocopying, and document scanning.
  • Assist with office supplies inventory and other office tasks.
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
  • Good communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
  • Able to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
