About the role
The Retail & Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with sales, and maintaining the store’s visual presentation. The role involves engaging with customers, recommending products, and supporting daily store operations to drive sales and enhance the shopping experience.
Responsibilities
  • Involve in Developing Omni-Chanel Strategy.
  • Assist customers in selecting and purchasing fashion products.
  • Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge.
  • Meet individual and team sales targets.
  • Handle cashier transactions, exchanges, and returns.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and stock display.
  • Support stock management and visual merchandising.
Requirements
  • Education: SPM or an equivalent or higher qualification.
  • Experience:
  • Entry-Level: No experience required, fresh graduates welcome.
  • Junior Level: 1-3 years retail experience, fashion knowledge preferred.
  • Senior Level: 3+ years’ experience, strong sales & leadership skills.
  • Preferably in fashion or apparel, with an advantage for those with men's clothing sales experience.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English, and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
