About the role
We are looking for a motivated, outgoing, and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Intern to join our team. The intern will work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to support customer outreach, lead generation, marketing campaigns, market research, and day-to-day sales activities.
This internship is ideal for students who want to gain practical experience and explore a career in sales, marketing, business development, or customer relationship management. You will have the opportunity to work on real projects, interact with potential customers, and develop valuable professional skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist with lead generation and prospecting activities.
- Support customer outreach through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain accurate lead records.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
- Conduct market, customer, and competitor research.
- Support social media and digital marketing activities.
- Assist with marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Update customer and sales information in internal systems.
- Assist in monitoring sales and marketing performance.
- Prepare basic reports and presentations when required.
- Perform other sales and marketing tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, Communications, Sales, or a related field.
- Strong interest in sales, marketing, and business development.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable communicating with customers and potential clients.
- Proactive, energetic, and willing to learn.
- Creative and able to contribute new ideas.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
