About the role
The Senior Account Executive will manage client accounts, maintain strong client relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth daily operations. They will work closely with clients, colleagues, and management to achieve business goals, improve client satisfaction, and contribute to the company’s growth.
Responsibilities
  • Handle daily accounting transactions, including income, expenses, payments, and receipts.
  • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
  • Perform bank reconciliation and ensure all financial records are properly matched and verified.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Handle and maintain Full Set of Accounts.
  • Review and organize invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and other financial documents.
  • Assist in budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial data analysis.
  • Ensure accounting records are updated accurately and on a timely basis.
  • Assist with audit, taxation, and other finance-related matters.
  • Liaise with HR, Operations, Procurement, and other departments to verify financial and business-related information.
  • Assist the Finance Manager / Accountant with other accounting and finance-related tasks.
  • Provide guidance and support to Junior Account Executives / Account Assistants when required.
Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience. Experience in the F&B / Retail industry will be an added advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Full Set of Accounts, AP, AR, Bank Reconciliation, and Month-End Closing.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel, SQL Accounting System & E-Invoices.
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Good teamwork and coordination skills.
  • Able to provide guidance to junior accounting staff when required.
  • Must possess own transportation
