About the role
1. Responsible for full-set accounting.
2. Responsible for manufacturing cost accounting and analysis.
3. Handle AP/AR, expense verification, and asset management.
4. Manage import/export accounting, import duties and taxes, MYR/foreign currency payments and receipts, and foreign exchange gains/losses.
5. Responsible for month-end closing and financial reporting; liaise with external auditors, handle tax matters, and coordinate with the parent company's finance department.
6. Manage banking, treasury, payroll, and tax payments, and maintain relevant financial records.
Responsibilities
- Experience in manufacturing finance; familiar with the full cycle of accounting operations.
- 3–5 years of relevant financial work experience.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and highly responsible; relevant training will be provided.
- Proficient in using ERP systems (training available).
- Strong reading, writing, and communication skills in both Chinese and English; meticulous and rigorous work style; capable of working independently.
- Handling bank liaison and fund settlements in MYR and foreign currencies.
