About the role
As a Sales Executive – Field Sales, you will be responsible for driving business growth by promoting JobSifu's recruitment platform and services to potential employers and businesses.
You will actively identify and approach prospective clients through field visits, networking, cold calling, and business meetings. You will understand clients' hiring needs, demonstrate how JobSifu can support their recruitment processes, and recommend suitable solutions.
You will also manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, maintain strong client relationships, achieve assigned sales targets, and provide regular sales updates to the management team.
Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities through field visits, networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Promote JobSifu's recruitment platform and services to potential employers and businesses.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and product presentations to prospective clients.
- Understand clients' recruitment needs and recommend suitable hiring solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Follow up on sales leads, prepare quotations, and negotiate business deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer information, and sales progress.
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is an advantage.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in sales, field sales, business development, or a related role is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Confident in meeting and engaging with clients face-to-face.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel for client visits and business meetings.
- Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good time management and problem-solving skills.
